An Appetizer for All Seasons

December 5, 2018

Our longtime friend, Janine Sullivan, bakes a fabulous onion dip that we coerce her to bring for every gathering, no matter the event or time of year. Thankfully, it’s super easy to make so Janine is happy to satisfy our craving.

2 – 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
5 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped fine

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Spray ovenproof dish with Pam.

Mix all ingredients together well.

Bake 1 hour.

Serve warm with corn scoops, corn chips, pita chips, bagel chips or whatever excites your taste buds.

May you enjoy all the days of your life filled with laughter and seated around a well laden table!
